AG - AmEx Wishlist again?

Thanks for the info. I am an AMEX card holder, but I didn't get anything in the mail. Last Christmas they sent me a postcard about the wishlist. I tried almost everyday at noon, 4pm and 9pm, but never got anything. I was so torn that I didn't get Samantha's complete collection (for only $375). I guess there were a lot of people buying at the same time. My computer was not very fast. The wishlist items were gone within seconds. Do you guys know any secrets how to buy these wishlist items? Do you need really fast internet speed?

I read an article about the American Express WishList promotion for spring, running May 10-23. It listed several participants and AG was not one of the ones listed. Then later in the article there was a quote from the manager of historical dolls at AG who spoke about the success of their involvement in the WishList last December. Still no word on whether AG is involved.

Does anyone who have an AmEx card have any info on the promotion? Geez, I may have to get one of those cards if they keep offering AG!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Yes, you need broadband, ideally really FAST broadband. Otherwise the people with the faster connections get there first. If you only have 56k, your chances are VERY slim.

I have Comcast cable, and it runs at 5000-7000kbps, and I still lose at things like this lots of times. Some people have SUPER fast connections like at work and put them to good use.
